Looking back over the last 30 years in the U.A.E., I find it almost impossible to believe the incredible growth that has taken place during this period. The credit goes to none other than the former visionaries H.H. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the former President of U.A.E., and H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the former Vice President and Prime Minister of U.A.E. and Rulers of each Emirate and the Executive Council Members. Already this alarming growth is being continued under the new rule and leadership of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahayan, the President of the U.A.E., and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the current Prime Minister and Vice President of the U.AE. as well as the Ruler of Dubai.
Just as in a horse race, the leaders set a fast pace, thus forcing the rest of the pack to respond to the
challenge. Sibca Electronics started off as a small electronics company with a staff of four operating out of an old villa near Hamdan Street, and over the years it has grown into a company with branches spreading across the U.A.E., Bahrain and the UK, and now employs a staff of more than 150 persons.
YES! We are still in the race.
In the early years, the projects were with basic low rise buildings. Most of the work was based around Fire Alarms, MATV and Intercom Systems. How times have changed? We are now witnessing the birth of the intelligent buildings.
In order to respond to this ever changing market, we have decided to refocus Sibca's goals and ambitions and so a new definition of the word Sibca has been formed:
Systems Integrator for Building Control and Automation
The above clearly show our dedication and determination, not only to stay in the race but also to become one of the front runners in our field.
And I must say I personally am looking forward to the next exciting development phase for the U.A.E.
