Employees are assessed regularly to monitor their skill development, and appropriate steps are taken to improve the overall efficiency and ensure the quality of our project execution.

SIBCA has a dedicated team of Subject Matter Experts who imparts regular training to engineers and technicians, support the sales team in making cost-effective technical solutions, assist commissioning engineers in technically demanding projects and are responsible for internal audit of completed installations.
