Job Description

To lead business growth, manage key accounts, and drive strategic sales initiatives across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Life Systems sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company’s footprint in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and ELV Systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within Life Systems or Building Technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of DCD regulations, system design, and tendering processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
