To lead business growth, manage key accounts, and drive strategic sales initiatives across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Life Systems sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company’s footprint in Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and ELV Systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities through market research and networking.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within Life Systems or Building Technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of DCD regulations, system design, and tendering processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
