The Emiratization Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s Emiratization strategy in compliance with UAE labor laws and government initiatives, ensuring achievement of nationalization targets and sustainable integration of Emirati talent.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the Emiratization strategy in line with MOHRE requirements and Nafis programs.
• Ensure full compliance with Emiratization quotas, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Lead Emirati recruitment, onboarding, career development, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to align Emiratization with manpower planning.
• Manage relationships with government authorities and relevant portals.
• Track Emiratization KPIs, prepare reports for senior management, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support inspections, audits, and internal governance related to Emiratization.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of UAE HR experience with strong hands-on Emiratization exposure.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, and Nafis programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
