To lead the Life Systems Division, overseeing the delivery of large-scale fire, safety, and ELV projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations of the Operations division, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and operations teams to drive performance and accountability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with other business units, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and resource planning for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Life Systems, Fire Protection, or ELV projects, with at least 8 years in a senior operations leadership role.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, authority approvals (DCD, ADCD, etc.), and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
