Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety projects from initiation to handover.
- Ensure timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and local authorities (DCD, ADCD, etc.) to secure necessary approvals.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project progress and technical compliance.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and resource plans.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure full customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering (or equivalent).
- 8+ years of experience in managing Fire Protection or Life Safety projects in the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of NFPA, DCD, and Civil Defense standards.
- Proven experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- PMP certification or similar is an advantage.
