Job Description

• Manage the installation of various system components including GI Piping, Conduit, Cabling, Panels, Cable Trunking, and devices

• Manages the distribution of assignments and calls to technicians and engineers.

• Ensures compliance with the service levels pertaining to end-user support.

• Monitors customer calls, clearly specifying progress and resolution details.

• Maintain accurate project records and monitor equipment performance, notifying engineers of recurring issues.

• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed,

• Update site material requirements to the Project/Operations Manager/Material Coordinator

• Escalates site technical issues to the manufacturers in coordination with the Project Manager/Technical Manager

• Possess sufficient knowledge and skills for value engineering and providing cost-effective solutions

• Provides training, develops skills, deepens learning, and improves the performance of the team and peers.

Education – Bachelor of Engineer in Electrical or Electronics or Equivalent

Experience – Minimum 8 Years

System Expertise – Installation Experience in Fire Alarm, CBS, PAVA, VESDA
