Job Description

  • Lead the takeover of assigned projects from the Sales Manager.
  • Lead the project team in determining client requirements and translating them into operational plans.
  • Coach and advise team members to achieve project goals, meet established schedules, and resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
  • Determine, monitor, and review all project/program economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, subcontractors, resources, and risks, while directly managing projects.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to claim variations and resolve contractual disputes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, controls, KPIs, and workbooks, and track, analyze, and report project performance and progress.
  • Manage changes to the operational plan through the project's change control process or as defined by the PMO.
  • Integrate and apply Project Management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor emerging Project Management technologies to maximize business performance.
  • Proactively influence customers and clients to adopt project planning methodologies.
  • Serve as the primary client interface and ensure excellence in project delivery.
  • Support the Finance team with monthly invoicing, payment collection, and the identification of WIP (Work in Progress) and CTC (Cost to Complete).
  • Present project status updates to the Steering Committee.
  • Develop and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements throughout the project.
  • Use cost estimation tools and techniques, project plans, and resource estimates to develop accurate project cost estimates.
  • Develop a Cost Management Plan outlining how cost variances will be managed.

Experience : 8–10 years of experience (Prior experience in a project manager role is mandatory)

Education : Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

Fire Alarm System, VESDA System, Public Address and Voice Alarm, Central Battery System, Central Monitoring System.
