- Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC, NFPA, API, ASME standards
- Review and approve:
- Drawings and technical submittals
- Vendor documents and datasheets
- Material submittals and compliance certificates
- Prepare and manage QA/QC procedures, method statements, and quality documents
- Review inspection reports (IR), MIR, test reports submitted by inspectors/ sub contractors
- Control and maintain quality documentation and traceability
- Raise, review, and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, operation teams, project team
- Interface with client (ADNOC), EPC, and third-party inspectors on quality matters
- Prepare final QA dossiers and handover documentation
- Participate in audits (internal/external) and ensure ISO compliance
- Track project quality KPIs and provide reports to management
- Provide technical support to Field QA/QC inspectors when required
- Ensure all documentation meets project and client approval requirements
Certification Requirement
- CSWIP 3.1 welding inspection certification (e.g., AWS CWI)
- ISO Internal Auditor certification
- Familiarity with NDT methods (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT)
Additional Requirement
- Experience in ADNOC Project / EPC Projects
- Familiar with ADNOC specification and procedures
3-6 Years experience in Oil and Gas is Mandatory
UAE Driving License is Mandatory
